Upon receipt of the email containing medical data and ECG images, our qualified medical professionals review the information to generate an ECG interpretation report. This report is then securely sent to the user via email.
We do not disclose or share personal information with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. It is important to note that while we do not share information externally, user data is stored on Google Workspace email servers, subject to Google's privacy policies and security measures.
We employ administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Personal information is stored and protected on Google Workspace servers, which adhere to industry-standard security protocols.
We retain user data indefinitely to ensure ongoing access to ECG interpretation reports. However, users may request the deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 12.
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on our Website. Therefore, no personal information is collected through automated means.
Users provide explicit consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy by actively checking a checkbox provided on the form before submitting their personal information and ECG images.
